Cancelation Policy

Dear guests and partners,

In case you need to cancel a booking with Vines & Pearls, please consider rescheduling it first. 

To reschedule your booking simply contact us at info@vinesandpearls.com

If rescheduling is not an option and you wish to cancel your booking, our refund policy is as follows:

• Bookings that do not include accommodation in hotels, yachts, or sailing boats can be canceled up to 7 days prior to the trip date and will be 100% refunded.

• For custom-made offers and experiences that include accommodation in hotels, yachts, or sailing boats, please check the cancelation terms and conditions stated on the booking confirmation email or offer proposal.

• Bookings that are canceled less than 7 days prior to the trip date are not eligible for a refund.

In order to cancel your booking, please contact us at info@vinesandpearls.com. 

Please indicate Cancelation for the date of your booking as a subject of an email.
